The Vail Valley offers a variety of unique venue options for your group. From on-mountain venues to in-town options, traditional Colorado ranches to casual settings along the creek, the Vail Valley has plenty of options for your group.

Some unique venue ideas:

  • 4 Eagle Ranch: The Event Center features 8,400 sq. ft. of useable space as well as 600 sq. ft. of outside covered porch. It can seat 550 people for a buffet dinner or 800 for a lecture.
  • The 10th: Vail Mountain’s newest on-mountain dining experience, The 10th is a grand mountain lodge with contemporary flair and stunning views of both the Gore Range and the Vail Valley. Located at the top of Gondola One, it’s a great way to enjoy on-mountain summer dining, or a beautiful location to wow your wedding or group event guests with amazing views and a “commute” up to Mid Vail on Vail’s newest gondola from Vail Village.
  • Beano’s Cabin: Seating for up to 150 people, Beano’s is a fantasy wedding and group location closely accessible from Beaver Creek Resort. Whether arriving via a moonlight sleigh ride through pine and aspen forests in the winter or a scenic hour-long horseback ride in the summer getting to Beano’s is half the adventure.
  • Betty Ford Alpine Gardens: The highest elevation botanical garden in the world situated at 8,200’ (2,700 m) in the central Rocky Mountains. The Gardens attracts more than 100,000 visitors annually to see its unique collection of alpine and mountain plants collected from around the world.
  • Dobson Ice Arena: A 35,000 square foot multi-purpose facility ideal for groups centered in either Vail or Lionshead Village.
  • Donovan Pavilion: A relatively new 5,200 square-foot venue able to accommodate groups of 150 to 200 inside; an additional 3,040 square feet of outdoor space exists and includes a heated terrace.
  • Eagle’s Nest: Located atop Vail Mountain, Eagle’s Nest offers a 360-degree view. Eagle’s Nest offers sweeping views of the surrounding mountain ranges from the top of Vail Mountain, and are sure to impress your guests regardless of the season. Available for breakfast and lunch functions, accommodating 250 – 400 people.
  • Express Lift: Express Lift is the perfect location for a more casual indoor/outdoor event at the bottom of Vail Mountain.
  • Game Creek Restaurant: An on-mountain venue located in the scenic Game Creek Bowl. The magnificent setting is matched only by the American gourmet multi-course menu and superb wine list that awaits guests upon arrival like a cozy European-style chalet. Discover Vail Mountain’s most exclusive dining experience—an elegant, upscale restaurant located in Game Creek Bowl, offering a Forbes Four-Star Modern American menu with an extensive wine list, exceptional service and stunning views of the mountain sunset.
  • Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater: A popular outdoor option. Having undergone a recently a $9 million renovation, the pavilion seats 2,500 people under a backdrop of the Gore Range Mountains. Catering packages available to groups.
  • Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park: Take your function to new heights at this one-of-a-kind mountain-top venue ideal for company picnics and team building, reunions, school groups, birthdays and weddings. Packages can include cave tours and incredible thrill rides. Groups of 25-120 indoors and up to 350 outdoors.
  • Nova Guides (Camp Hale): At a base of 9,200’ in elevation, Nova Guides offers a 6,000 square foot lodge, an outdoor event tent, and the space to host private groups from 20-500 people. Enjoy ATV’s, snow mobiles, rafting, fishing, and the 3 year capital improvements on their 90-acre ranch.
  • SaddleRidge: Soaring vaulted ceilings, authentic artifacts of the Old West, and warm hospitality await you at SaddleRidge, an alternative setting for corporate meetings and group functions of up to 160.
  • Vail Golf Club & Nordic Center: Enjoy stunning views of the Gore Range mountains and intimate feel of the clubhouse and cocktail lawn. With our state-of-the-art facilities, unparalleled scenery and knowledgeable staff, the Vail Golf Club & Nordic Clubhouse provides the perfect setting to gather. The banquet space can host up to 160 guests.
  • Vilar Performing Arts Center: A 550 seat performing arts center in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, the VPAC is the premium venue for corporate group meetings, private events, and weddings. An ideal setting for making your event the most memorable it can be.
  • Zach’s Cabin: Located in the quiet serenity of Bachelor Gulch, cuisine is the highlight of an all-around luxury experience. This intimate cabin is available for private functions for groups as large as 80.
