If you are looking to hike, visit the White River National Forest office in Minturn for trail information. The ranger station is located just south of I-70 at the 171 exit for Minturn.

Volunteering is a priceless experience that only costs your time. With over 100 nonprofits in the Vail Valley, we’re sure you’ll find a cause you’re passionate about. Organizations range from the Vail Jazz Festivals to helping plant flowers in the famous Betty Ford Alpine Gardens.

As the snow melts, trash becomes visible on the Valley’s roadways. Each Spring, more than 950 volunteers help keep this from entering the waterways by participating in the Eagle River Watershed Council Community Pride Highway Cleanup.
