  • 4 Eagle Ranch, Wolcott — The event center features 8,400 square feet of usable space as well as a 600-square-foot covered porch. It can seat up to 550 people for a buffet dinner.
  • The 10th, Vail — Vail Mountain’s newest on-mountain dining experience, The 10th is a grand mountain lodge with a contemporary flair and stunning views of both the Gore Range and the Vail Valley.
  • Allie’s Cabin, Beaver Creek — Offering spectacular views of Beaver Creek Village and the valley below, Allie’s Cabin is located in as aspen grove on Beaver Creek Mountain. The sunny deck can be used for an outdoor ceremony in the summer month. Perfect for a group of 75 guests or intimate gatherings.
  • Avon Recreation Center, Avon — 15,000-square-foot aquatic facility and fitness center located adjacent to Nottingham Park.
  • Beano’s Cabin, Beaver Creek — With an open lawn and wraparound deck at the foot of Grouse Mountain, Beano’s Cabin is a ballroom under the stars. Seating up to 150 guests in the summer and 98 guests in the winter inside the cabin, this is Beaver Creek’s premier wedding location with the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and an experience your guests will remember for a lifetime.

  • Bearcat Stables, Edwards — Bearcat Stables offers the Vail Valley’s most unique outdoor event venue. Venue amenities include the historic Bearcat’s Cabin, an outdoor pavilion, 3 acres of groomed meadow, a musician’s stage with outdoor dance floor, and authentic Colorado charm.
  • Brush Creek Pavilion and Studio, Eagle — Perfect for events up to 120 people in the pavilion with an additional 100 people in the studio. Each can be booked seperately.
  • Dobson Ice Arena, Vail — Open year-round, offering hockey and ice skating, as well as some of the Vail’ best concerts.
  • Donovan Pavilion, Vail — 5,200-square-foot timber and stone lodge accommodating 250 guests indoors with another 100 seated on the 3,000-square-foot terrace overlooking Gore Creek. Audio-visual equipment, fully equipped catering kitchen.
  • Freedom Park and Mountain Recreation Field House, Edwards — Natural and artificial playing fields, skate park, playground, volleyball courts, pavilion and pond.

  • Eagle County Fairgrounds and Sports Complex, Eagle — Full-sized indoor and outdoor arenas, natural playing fields for soccer, football, baseball and more.
  • Eagle’s Nest, Vail — Eagle’s Nest offers sweeping views of surrounding mountain ranges from the top of Vail Mountain that are sure to impress your guests regardless of the season.
  • Eagle Pool & Ice Rink, Eagle — State-of-the-art ice rink and outdoor pool.
  • Eagle Sports Complex, Eagle — The Eagle Sports Complex is home to some of the biggest lacrosse, soccer and baseball tournaments and leagues in Eagle County. This facility boasts two full size baseball/softball fields, along with two multipurpose fields for soccer and lacrosse. This site is available to rent for sports tourism tournaments in the Vail area.
  • Eagle Town Park, Eagle — Nestled in the center of town, Eagle Town Park is the perfect place to spend the afternoon. Families will enjoy the stage, playground, basketball court, horseshoe pits and picnic tables with just the right touch of shade.

  • EagleVail Pool & Pavilion, EagleVail — The outdoor, 25-meter saline pool includes six lanes, a waterslide and separate children’s pool surrounded by lush lawn. The pavilion is perfect for meetings, parties, weddings and other events with an outdoor deck, pond, catering kitchen, privacy and parking.
  • Express Lift, Vail — Express Lift is the perfect location for a more casual indoor/outdoor event at the bottom of Vail Mountain.
  • Ford Park & Vail Athletic Fields, Vail — Multipurpose fields utilized for softball, soccer, lacrosse, rugby and football.

  • Gerald Ford Hall, Beaver Creek — Offers 17K+ square feet of meeting space. This state-of-the-art conference center inspires audiences and hosts alike with beautiful resort lodge decor and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the mountains outside.

  • Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, Vail — A spectacular outdoor venue that seats 1,260 guests in covered seating and an additional 1,300 on its expansive grassy hillside with a breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains.
  • Grand View Room at the Lionshead Welcome Center, Vail — The state-of-the-art meeting room in the center of Lionshead with views to Vail Mountain. Perfect for up to 75 guests in classroom or reception setup.

  • Harry A. Nottingham Park, Avon — 48 acres of open space with Nottingham Lake for fishing, paddle boating and ice skating.

  • Larkspur, Vail — The year-round private events venue, located at the base of Golden Peak on Vail Mountain, can host parties of 10 to 400. Superb cuisine and attention to detail.
  • Little Beach Park & Amphitheater, Minturn — Located on the Eagle River with an outdoor amphitheater and a host of amenities. An ideal setting for weddings, reunions, concerts and outdoor functions.
  • Lundgren Theater, Gypsum — The Lundgren Theater exists to provide Gypsum’s community with a great stage in order to promote the arts.
  • Nova Guides, Red Cliff — Nova Guides sits on a 90-acre ranch and offers a 6,000-square- foot lodge, an outdoor event tent and the space to host private groups from 20 to 500 people.

  • Piney River Ranch, West Vail — A private, 40-acre Rocky Mountain retreat, long known as a favorite wedding and day-trip destination. Located just 12 miles north of Vail Village, it is surrounded by thousands of acres of backcountry wilderness within the White River National Forest.
  • SaddleRidge, Beaver Creek — With vaulted ceilings, western artifacts and views to the mountain, SaddleRidge offers that authentic Colorado experience. In addition to the dining room which can seas 120 guests, this venue also offers a lawn and historic library for your ceremony and reception needs.
  • Singletree Pavilion, Edwards — The community center includes a board room, main room, prep kitchen, covered patio and exercise room.
  • Spruce Saddle Lodge, Beaver Creek — High above Beaver Creek Village, Spruce Saddle Lodge is an exceptional venue, providing guests the experience of the combination lift and breathtaking scenery. This venue can hold up to 275 guests and is a stone’s throw away from the Beaver Creek Wedding Deck.
  • Talons Restaurant, Beaver Creek — Situated in the confluence of Larkspur Bowl, Grouse Mountain and Birds of Prey, Talons Restaurant is Beaver Creek’s newest on-mountain venue. Seating up to 170 guests and with an expansive deck with outdoor bars, this is the perfect venue for your larger welcome reception in the mountains.

  • Trappers Cabin, Beaver Creek — Trappers Cabin offers a truly unique and intimate mountain wedding experience. The secluded cabin is located 9,500 feet atop Beaver Creek Mountain and boasts unmatched panoramic mountain views. From a ceremony under a natural canopy of trees, to having your first dance under the stars at dusk, you and your guests will fall in love with the luxury and natural beauty that surrounds Trappers Cabin.

  • Vail Tennis Center, Vail — The valley’s premier clay court facility, offering eight Har-Tru clay courts and two hard courts.

  • Vilar Performing Arts Center, Beaver Creek — The Vilar Performing Arts Center is a magnificent location to host an affair to remember, and is available for private rental. The 530- seat theater has two adjacent 2,200-square-foot lobbies.
  • Whitewater Parks, Eagle, Avon and Vail — An exhilarating and fun freestyle kayaking experience for all levels.
