Take advantage of our Complimentary Site Inspection Program and experience the Vail Valley and our selection of meeting venues, group activities and pedestrian villages firsthand. Eligible groups must have a minimum of 50 room nights and must have an active RFP through Visit Vail Valley. Allow us to customize your site tour to include property visits, group dining options and off-site activities, as needed. Simply complete the group RFP and indicate in the “comments” section that you would like to participate in a Complimentary Site Inspection.
