Office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Reservations CAN NOT be booked on Friday after 5:00pm, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday for same day/weekend arrival.
Cancellation/Refund Policy - Cancellations are non-refundable 60 days prior to arrival in the winter and 30 days prior to arrival in the summer. Before 60/30 days there is a $250.00 cancellation fee. New Years bookings are nonrefundable and must be paid in full as of September 1st.
Directions - You will receive an online check in form via email from info@Pruvail.com 27 days prior to arrival. Once you fill that form out you will be able to download the directions to go directly to the property.
