Falcon Point Condominiums, located in the heart of Avon on Nottingham Park, has studio, one bedroom and two bedroom condominiums along with all the amenities necessary to make your stay most enjoyable.
The studios have a partial kitchen, full bath, a queen bed and a twin sleeper loveseat. The studio kitchen has a two burner cooktop, microwave, refirgerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans and dishware. Maximum Occupancy: 2 people.
One bedrooms have a full kitchen, one bath, a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Maximum Occupancy: 4 people.
Two bedrooms have two full baths, a king bed in the master bedroom, two beds in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. These spacios two bed condominiums also have a balcony and fireplace. Maximum Occupancy: 6 people.
Guests can enjoy an indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, game room, complimentary wireless access, bbq grills, an exercise facility, ski storage and one complimentary parking space.
Falcon Point is a non-smoking resort. Sorry, we do not allow pets.
Cancellation/Refund Policy - Full payment is required when booking reservations within 30 days of arrival. Please note: These reservations are final and non-refundable if cancelled.
**Reservations arriving the same day must be processed by 8:00pm MST to be confirmed by the resort**
Directions - 1: From Interstate 70, Take Exit 167 - AVON
2: Enter roundabout and take exit onto AVON RD. Pass through roundabout.
3: Enter next roundabout and take 1st exit, bearing right, onto W BEAVER CREEK BLVD.
4: Continue past Avon Post Office on right. The Sheraton will be on your left side.
5:Take a left turn as soon as you pass the Sheraton onto Lake Street.
6:Then take the very first right and continue driving about 300 feet until you see Falcon Point sign on your left.
