The Vail Farmers' Market & Art Show is the largest farmers' market in Colorado. There are more than 100 vendor tents weekly along with two live music venues and activities for kids. Vendors in colorful tents sell farm fresh fruits & vegetables and delicious foods & snacks. Local artists & artisans display and explain their finest works.

The Risk Management Seminar will be moderated by OAC Management Incorporated and include a panel of experts in the Legal, Banking, Insurance, and Accounting fields. Garfield and Hecht will discuss the importance of a thorough and defined Contract, leaving no room for misinterpretation in the fine print. Alpine Bank will review new programs available for Capital Improvements and requirements necessary to secure financing. Alpine Insurance will clarify the necessary coverage’s and liabilities of a sound Insurance policy, whereas, McMahan and Associates l.l.c. will itemize the recommended and proper Accounting principles for a comprehensive Reserve Fund Study. OAC Management will provide insight into all of the different roles that need to be considered in regards to a new project; Property Condition Assessment, Project Team Selection, Quality Assurance Observation, Funds Disbursement, Close-out and Reserve Fund Studies, to name a few. 

The primary goal of this presentation is to give attendees a first class presentation by a panel of experts that will educate them on how to identify and avert risk when taking on new projects.

Brought to you by the Vail Valley Partnership, the Eagle Valley Alliance for Sustainability and the Environmental Protection Agency Region 8.

Focusing on Sustainable Hospitality and the "greening" of hoteliers, restauranteurs, caterers and venues in the Vail Valley. The Big Green THINK seeks to inspire and connect hospitality with sustainability in our unique mountain community by providing businesses with the resources to achieve greater sustainability and to develop opportunities in our community to become more involved with local advocacy efforts and initiatives to create a more sutainable community for the future.

Following the Keynote Speaker presentation will be two breakout sessions focusing on sustainability in the hotel and restaurant industries.
