Lodging Quality Assurance Program
What's in a name? A lot actually if you're the Vail Valley and you are known for perfectly manicured ski runs, tantalizing cuisine, pampering and lodging options fit for a king. To ensure guest expectations are met, Vail Valley properties participate in the Lodging Quality Assurance program.
The Lodging Quality Assurance (LQA) program is a community-wide program that provides a standardized rating of Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze to rental units through the Vail Valley's main central reservation systems. Unique to vacation destinations, all ratings are universal to help ensure guests' expectations are properly met and ensures renovations continually outpace industry standards, contributing to Vail and Beaver Creek's status as world-class destinations.
Currently, any property sold through Vail/Beaver Creek Reservations and the Vail Valley Partnership must undergo a detailed interior inspection and is assigned an LQA rating.
